1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Financial Games ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and financial games (collectively, the "Services").

You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

6. User-Generated Content

The Services may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Services, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions").

Any Contribution you transmit to us will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:

• The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party
• Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading
• Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule
• Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party

7. Subscription and Payment

We offer various subscription options for access to our financial games. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for the subscription period indicated at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided by posting the changes to the Services or via email.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we or our directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, free of viruses or other harmful code, complete, legal, or safe.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
